This year's one-week camp will turn campers into "makers." Utilizing ELSO's Maker Space, campers will get to explore everything from making their own backpack, birdhouses, and electronic clocks! And, no camp would be complete without "Water Wednesday" swim lessons and cookout!

This exciting new chapter is made possible by generous support from REI’s Cooperative Action Fund and the National Basketball Association.

Since 2021, we’ve been laying the groundwork to bring ELSO’s mission beyond Oregon—connecting with new communities, building strong local partnerships, and creating more opportunities for Black and Brown youth to explore environmental justice and STEAM education.

We are proud to serve Fort Bend, Jefferson, and Harris Counties — and we’re actively building new partnerships to grow our reach throughout Texas.
